Mikaela was born in 1984. Her parents are Italian and Iranian heritage. Her childhood was spent in and she was birthed to Colbert Washington. In the year 2000 aged 2, she began dancing classes. Then, she was involved in school plays. Then she worked as a kid model in the area and also appeared in commercials. She then joined Loyola Marymount University's theatre program located in LA, USA, and completed her graduation in theatre. Her career in the field began in 2007 when she was the star of a film called 'Frank.' She then starred as the main actor in "Sorority Forever". Afterward, she portrayed the role in 'Humanzee' after auditioning in front of the celebrated film director James Gunn. Her next role was as an actor in her role on the James Gunn & Peter Safran X-Box Show Sparky & Mikaela. Hoover had her first time in American productions. In which she appeared as the main character of the show 'How I got to know Your Mother.' Also, she was a part of the film named Super, that was directed by the most celebrated film director James Gunn.
