Gillian MacLaren Jacobs
Gillian MacLaren Jacobs, born on the 19th of October, 1982, is an American actress. She is well-known for her performances as Britta Perry in the NBC comedy series Community (2009-2015), Mickey Dobbs on the Netflix romantic comedy series Love (2016-2018), and Atom Eve on the Amazon animated series Invincible (2021). Mimi Rose Howard played a regular part in the fourth season of the HBO comedy series Girls (2012 to 2017). Gillian MacLaren Jacobs, was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on October 19th, 1982. Martina Magenau Jacobs her mother is a member of the alumni relations department at Carnegie Mellon University. William F. Jacobs Jr. was an investor banker. The death of her father occurred in 2013. She was raised by her mother in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Her family owned Erie Brewing Company (not the identical to the brewery later with that name). When she was a kid, Jacobs attended weekend acting classes at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. She was a regular performer with the Pittsburgh Public Theater. This gave her the opportunity to perform in Titania's production A Midsummer Night's Dream. After graduating from Mt. Lebanon High School in the year 2000, she relocating to New York City to attend the Juilliard School, where she earned a bachelor's degree in 2004.
